Introduction
This Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Policy") explains the terms and conditions for cancelling service bookings and obtaining refunds on the Nunzo platform. Please read this Policy carefully before making a booking. By using our services, you agree to be bound by this Policy.
Cancellation by Customer
Free Cancellation
You can cancel your booking free of charge if:
- Cancellation is made within 5 minutes of booking confirmation
- The worker/coolie has not yet arrived at your location
- The service has not yet started
Cancellation Charges
Cancellation charges may apply in the following cases:
- Cancellation after the worker/coolie has arrived at your location: 20% of the booking amount
- Cancellation after the service has started: 50% of the booking amount
- No-show (worker/coolie arrives but you are not available): Full booking amount
How to Cancel
You can cancel your booking through the Nunzo app or website by going to your booking details and selecting "Cancel Booking." You will receive a confirmation of cancellation via email and SMS.
Cancellation by Service Provider
If a worker/coolie cancels your booking:
- •You will receive a full refund automatically processed within 5-7 business days
- •We will attempt to find an alternative service provider for you immediately
- •You will be notified via email and SMS about the cancellation and refund status
- •No cancellation charges will apply when cancelled by the service provider
Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be processed in the following scenarios:
- Full refund: Free cancellation within 5 minutes, or cancellation by service provider
- Partial refund: After cancellation charges are deducted (as per cancellation policy)
- Full refund: If service quality is unsatisfactory and complaint is verified by our team
- Full refund: In case of technical errors or payment processing issues
Refund Processing Time
- •Online Payments: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method
- •Wallet/Credit Balance: Refunds will be credited to your Nunzo wallet immediately, available for future use
- •Bank Transfers: May take 7-10 business days depending on your bank
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. If that method is no longer available, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.
Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- •Completed services (unless service quality issue is verified)
- •No-show by customer when worker/coolie arrives on time
- •Cancellation due to customer providing incorrect location or address
- •Services cancelled due to customer behavior or inappropriate requests
- •Cash payments for completed services
Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with a service or believe you are entitled to a refund:
- •Contact our customer support team within 24 hours of service completion
- •Provide details of the issue, booking reference, and any supporting evidence
- •Our team will investigate the matter within 48 hours
- •If your claim is valid, refund will be processed as per this policy
