Service Delivery & Arrival
Arrival Time
- Workers and coolies typically arrive within 15-30 minutes of booking confirmation
- Exact arrival time depends on your location and current availability of service providers
- You will receive real-time updates about worker location and estimated arrival time
- In case of delays, you will be notified immediately with the updated arrival time
Service Area
Our services are currently available in major cities across India. Service availability varies by location. You can check service availability in your area through our app or website before booking.
Booking & Confirmation Process
- 1.Booking Request: Submit your service request through our app or website with your location and service requirements
- 2.Confirmation: You will receive a booking confirmation once a worker/coolie accepts your request
- 3.Tracking: Track the real-time location of your assigned worker/coolie through the app
- 4.Arrival: Worker/coolie arrives at your specified location and begins the service
- 5.Completion: Service is completed, and payment is processed according to the agreed terms
Service Quality Assurance
We ensure quality service delivery through:

Delays and Service Issues
