Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Nunzo ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Nunzo.
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, then you may not access the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting.
Service Description
Nunzo is a platform that connects users with service providers, including workers (such as plumbers, electricians, cleaners, etc.) and coolies (porters). We facilitate bookings and transactions between users and service providers but are not a party to any service agreement between users and providers.
Important: Nunzo acts as an intermediary platform. We do not provide the services directly, and we are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by third-party service providers.
User Accounts and Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts
Service Provider Terms
Registration and Verification
- •Service providers must complete registration and verification processes
- •You must provide valid identification documents and professional credentials
- •We reserve the right to verify your identity and qualifications
Service Standards
- •You must provide services in a professional and timely manner
- •You must maintain appropriate insurance and licenses where required
- •You are responsible for your own taxes and legal compliance
Payment and Fees
- •Service providers must provide accurate bank details for payment processing
- •We charge a platform fee (typically 10%) on completed transactions
- •Payments are processed according to our payment schedule
Bookings and Payments
Booking Process
- •Users can browse and select service providers based on availability and ratings
- •Service providers can accept or reject booking requests
- •Once accepted, both parties are bound by the booking terms
Payment Terms
- •Payment is processed through secure third-party payment gateways
- •Users are charged the agreed-upon service fee plus applicable taxes
- •Refunds are processed according to our refund policy
- •All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated
Cancellation Policy
- •Users may cancel bookings subject to cancellation fees as specified
- •Service providers may cancel bookings with appropriate notice to users
- •Repeated cancellations may result in account restrictions
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or service providers
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
- Circumvent payment mechanisms or engage in fraudulent transactions
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
Limitation of Liability
Service Intermediary: Nunzo is a technology platform that connects users with service providers. We do not provide the services directly and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by third-party service providers.
No Warranty: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nunzo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for their interactions with service providers. We encourage users to exercise caution and use their judgment when engaging with service providers.
Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution: We encourage users to first contact us to resolve any disputes informally. You can reach our support team at support@nunzo.co.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the app settings.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
